Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vicogard. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Customized Items (In-Stock Scrubs)
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, Vicogard will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (such as wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
2. Customized Items (Printed / Embroidered / Logo)
Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of confirmed product defects or incorrect shipment.
If your customized product is defective or materially inconsistent with your order, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide your order number with clear photos.
Vicogard will arrange a return, remake, or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return periods: 7 days for customized items and 30 days for non-customized items, counted from delivery date.
- All products must be in original condition — no wear, washing, or alteration.
- A trackable shipping method must be used. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
4. Return Process
Please contact Vicogard Customer Service to obtain authorization and return instructions.
If the request involves quality issues, include your order number and photos for review.

We aim to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
5. Inspection & Refund
After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned. Returned items should remain in their original condition.
6. Important Notes
- Products returned for description discrepancies will not incur any cost to customers.
- For returns not caused by quality issues, all costs (including shipping) are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Vicogard reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
Except where required by law, all products are provided “as is.”
Vicogard’s liability for any product claim shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
This policy does not affect any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
